These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bonafide Bakes (Bonafidebakes) website and mobile application (where available) and the purchase of products through our channels (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Pickup Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy (collectively, the “Policies”).

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and competent to contract under Indian law. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the Platform (fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, scraping, or any activity that disrupts service).

3. Orders and contract formation

An order submitted by you constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept your order by issuing an order confirmation/acceptance (email/SMS/app confirmation), subject to stock availability, serviceability, and operational feasibility.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payments

All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Any additional charges (delivery fee, convenience fee, etc., if applicable) are disclosed before checkout confirmation.

5. Delivery and pickup

Delivery and pickup terms are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy and Pickup Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Cancellations, refunds, and remedies

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because products are perishable and made‑to‑order, returns are generally not accepted; remedies are provided for verified service deficiencies.

7. Product information, allergens, and consumption

Product descriptions and images are for reference; minor variations may occur due to handmade preparation. Allergen information is provided where applicable; cross‑contact cannot be fully ruled out. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient/allergen information and informing us of specific concerns prior to ordering.

8. Intellectual property

All Platform content (text, branding, images, layout) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any non‑excludable statutory rights available to consumers under Indian law.

10. Third‑party platforms and links

If you order through third‑party platforms, their terms may apply and may govern payment/refunds. The Platform may contain links to third‑party websites; we are not responsible for their practices.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction.

12. Updates

We may modify these Terms and Policies from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with the “Last updated” date.
