This Pickup Policy applies where pickup is offered and selected at the time of order placement. Pickup is available only for products expressly designated as pickup-eligible at checkout. Availability is subject to operational feasibility and may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn for specific products without prior notice.
1. Pickup Location and Hours
Pickup is available at the following location:
Hagadur Main Road, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066, India
Orders may be collected only during the working hours published on our website or application, or as otherwise communicated in the order confirmation.
2. Eligibility Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted to delivery only, including but not limited to customized items or bulk orders, based on quality control, food safety, or operational considerations.
3. Verification and Handover
You, or your authorized representative, may be required to present the order confirmation (SMS, email, or in-app confirmation) and/or a valid identifier to verify authorization at the time of pickup. Upon successful handover, risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
4. Inspection at Pickup
Customers are advised to inspect the order at the pickup point. Any issues that are apparent at the time of pickup, including incorrect items, missing items, or visible damage, must be reported immediately before leaving the premises.
5. Late Pickup and No-Show
As our products are perishable in nature, pickup must occur within the confirmed pickup slot or on the same working day, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be treated as a no-show. Refunds or replacements may not be available for no-show pickup orders.
6. Orders Placed via Third-Party Platforms
Where an order is placed through a third-party platform that supports pickup, the cancellation, refund, or modification policies of that platform may apply. While we will provide reasonable operational assistance where feasible, payment processing and refunds may need to be handled directly through the relevant platform.
